 Subject:: New account MIB server
 Email body should mention::
 :: first & last name
 :: prefered login name
 :: research group
 :: wur email
 :: position

Here are some position examples but you can choose anything, PhD, IT-Staff, Lab-staff, Postdoc, master student, visitor,...

You will receive an email with your login detail as soon as it will be created.
